About this game & rules

Rita's Process Game is a PMP® exam-prep exercise: sort the 49 project management processes into the five Process Groups in the correct order. It trains you to see the whole project as one logical flow — the way the PMP exam expects.

The five Process Groups (left to right):

Initiating → Planning → Executing → Monitoring & Controlling → Closing.

How to play:

  1. Drag each item from the “Mixed” list into the column of the correct Process Group.
  2. Inside a group, arrange the processes in the correct sequence — the order matters.
  3. Click “Show results” to check yourself; “Planning processes ordering test” checks the order within the Planning group.
  4. “Shuffle the Mixed list” mixes items again; “Start new game” resets everything.
  5. Works with mouse and touch. Use any modern browser (not Internet Explorer).

Why it helps:

If you can place all 49 processes correctly and in order, you understand the logic of project management — and that logic is the backbone of the PMP exam.
